Requesting a cancellation
Open My bookings in your dashboard to request cancellation. Unpaid pending reservations can be cancelled immediately. Confirmed stays require operations review.
Demo refund handling
When an administrator approves a simulated paid booking’s cancellation, its status becomes cancelled and the demo payment is marked mock refunded. No funds move.
Live booking policies
Before launch, every rate plan must have clear cancellation cut-offs, no-show conditions, refund amounts and payment provider processing timelines. These are not yet commercial policies.
